The Marketing Process

Meredith Bell is an inspirational heart-centered connector who uses her skills as an entrepreneur to assist people in building meaningful relationships. She founded a company which offers software tools to organizations seeking to build strong leaders and teams; hosted the Grow Strong Leaders podcast; as well as written two books: Connect With Your Team: Mastering Top 10 Communication Skills and Peer Coaching Made Simple.

Meredith brings over 20 years of nonprofit management, fundraising and grant writing experience. Most recently she worked as the Program Manager at Golden LEAF Foundation in North Carolina where she was responsible for overseeing community grantmaking programs as well as their impact and compliance to meet donor intent.

Meredith currently works with the Vermont Arts Council’s Program Team as grants manager and coordinator, where she assists arts organizations and individuals to apply and track grants through an online application system. She serves as a resource during grant cycles to ensure they meet deadlines and receive payments on time. During her free time, Meredith enjoys taking in Vermont’s natural beauty while snuggling her pets!

Meredith excels at building strong relationships, as evidenced by her interactions with clients. Her company’s products have become immensely popular and she takes great pride in hearing that customers and retailers regard them as world-class support software that meets client-centered demands.

Golden LEAF’s Food Distribution Assistance Program, providing grants to non-profit organizations so they may become food bank partner agencies and expand capacity. She oversees the process for reviewing applications, developing recommendations for awards, monitoring awards and complying with donor intent. Prior to her work at Golden LEAF she held key roles within nonprofit organizations and financial and higher learning institutions.
